Another Transfer Bites The Dust

Whats going on everybody?!?! I hope you're all doing good and enjoying this summer wherever you may find yourself in the world. Thank you all for tapping in to these emails and I hope they don't disappoint or cease to bring some flare to your days. BUT, enough said, lets see what WENT DOWN this week.

Well, as you can see by the title, another transfer has come and gone. So every Wednesday, we have a big Zoom meeting with the whole mission to get a training, but this week President will announce who is staying and who is leaving in front of yhe whole mission and everyone goes crazy!  Thursday morning we find out where we go and with who and then we move on Friday. So, check in next week to see what happened. I would love to stay another transfer with my son.

So, this week was pretty low key so ill just put down below some highlights: 

First, we found and now we are teaching a Satanist, who claims that he has too many trials in his life. Hmm... i wonder why? 

Also, some other Elderes passed us a reference who is absolutely LOADED but only claims he works for a "private" company... so there is a good chance he is a Narc. 

We had a sick missionary activity with our stake where we reenacted Lehi's Dream, which was so fun and I was in charge of leading others astray, which I successfully clutched up.

Yesterday we saw a HUGE miracle, in which 3 members all brought friends to church for the first time and now we have lessons with all of them this week!!

So, we live under a member named Hno Salvador and he is a GOAT!! We pay rent to him also and he is just so legendary. His conversion to the story is so cool, and he was eventually able to get sealed to his wife, and then a few months afterwards, his wife died. One night we were just walking back to our house, and he stopped us in the street and bought us tacos!! His drive to endure to the end is so inspiring despite his dificulties. The members here are alsways so nice and accepting of us.

Also, the Puebla Temple is so close to being done! BUT, the government closed it down!! So, i need your help with some prayers so that the people of Puebla can have a temple close to them!!

Speaking of the Temple, i found an amazing scritpure in 1 Nephi 14 this week. Verse 14 says,

"And it came to pass that I, Nephi, beheld the power of the Lamb of God, that it descended upon the saints of the church of the Lamb, and upon the covenant people of the Lord, who were scattered upon all the face of the earth; and they were armed with righteousness and with the power of God in great glory."

 Every time that we make a covenent to God, we yoke ourselves with the Lord Jesús Christ so that he can help bear the burdens and trials. We receive a little bit of His Power to help us overcome the world and find rest. We are literally armed with righteousness and the Power of Jesus Christ and we will receive his great glory one day if we stay faithful. I invite you all to take a little extra time this week to think about these covenants. Study them a bit more. What do they really mean? If you havent made covenants start preparing today!! We always have a chance to receive the power of Christ and to feel of His love through them.
