The Prophet's Voice

Hey everyone whats going on?!?! Happy April!! Wow April already that is absolutely crazy!! I hope everyone is doing amazing and that they enjoyed their General Conference. Alright this email is gonna be a short one but here we go.

Watching General Conference on the mission is awesome!! It definitely is a little bit different but still was so good. Me and the boys of Libertad watched the majority of the conference in the High Counsel room and it was awesome. We absolutely raided the stores before the conference and we ate like kings with our takis and horchata.

One thing that I really missed about the conference was hearing the prophets and apostles voices. Since we watched it in Spanish, everything was voiced over and it was weird not to hear the real voices of our living prophets, but all of their talks were amazing.

One talk that I absolutely loved was by Bonnie H Cordón. I loved it when she said, "Never waste and always enjoy the oportunity to testify of Jesús Christ."

You guys might be saying, wow Elder Ritchie thats cool that helps the missionaries out a lot! WRONG!! This talk was for everybody!! We all should seek out and find ways to testify of Jesús Christ, whether were a missionary, a friend, or a teacher. All of us who have been through the temple has made a covenant to help build his kingdom on earth. This is a part of that!!

I also loved the music so much, as always. Especially the words to the hymn "High on the Mountaintop" which says, "For God remembers still, the promise he has made...We’ll now go up and serve the Lord." 

Brothers and Sister, friends and family God has made a promise to gather ALL of his sheep, his children. How does he do that? THROUGH US!!! And so my beloved bretheren my invatation to you all is go and find a way to testify of him this week. I love you all and have an amazing week!!
